General System Description

Hindi 880 Advanced is an oil-hydraulic Swinging gate operator two ways locking in open and close direction; it is designed with tubular shape and it is the result of the technical research carried out for many years to ensure a long lasting reliable unit.

Features
  • Can be installed on single or double swinging gate, for gates up to 4 m per leaf.
  • It consits of base with fixing bracket , container for oil reservoir , valve assembly, piston with trated steel rod and adjustable ball bearing joint.
  • The cover is made of anodized aluminum, the thickness of which is adequate to ensure enough protection to the piston shaft.
  • Black box is fitted between the two sections of the operator , it provides suitable housing and protection to all the valves which allow setting and gate operation, in this part are enclosed the safety pressure valve "OPEN" and "CLOSE" , the manual release valve and the air bleed.
  • It is shock mounted on two ball bearings which ensure smooth , quite runing and maximum effciency in transmitting power to the hydraulic pump.
  • The piston is fitted with specially designed seals , adequate to prevent leakaging , while allowing smooth and easy sliding .
  • Separte Control panel .
  • Manul release with customized key to be used in case of power fauiler.

  • Flashing Lamp to indicate the operation of the gate.
