General System Description

FADINI - MEC 200 electromechanical equipment both vertical and horizontal, have been deigned to be installed on any gates so that the rack and gear can be fitted in the most suitable way.

Features
  • Made of die cast aluminum and have a large cover that can house a progammer in a proper seat.
    The steel shaft and the gear made of special bronze , are supported by bearings, and the worm is coupled to steel and brass disks providing torque control.
  • The clucth is adjustable from outside so that the driving force acheived can be controlled to avoid crushing.
  • Separate Electronic control panel.
  • Three phase version for 1200 kg operators.
  • In case of power failure the electromechanical assembly is equipped with emergency release acting on central shaft, and by means of a spanner it is possible to unlock the operator and operate the gate manually

  • Pair of Photocell for Safety
  • Flashing Lamp to indicate the operation of the gate.
